Truth is I do have an idea of what an amazing Dom would be like… At least for me.

He is special. He is superior somehow… When He walks the flowers bend in front of Him (not literally, you know what I mean)…

He doesn’t need to say a word. He doesn’t need to ask for things… Things come to Him because He is so amazing.

The worst punishment He can give you is lack of His presence…

You yearn to kneel at His feet. To do whatever he wants you to.

Like the song says „If you ask me for the world, somehow I’d get it… I would sell my very soul and not regret it. For to live without your love, oh, how impossible…”

To grow in His hands is an honor.

He doesn’t need a contract, He is the contract. And you are free to go at any time, except you don’t want to. He doesn’t need chains, He IS the chain. You give yourself to Him, He doesn’t need to take you, although He sometimes does… And what an honor it is.

He doesn’t speak of ownership, you yearn it and, if it comes, it is both a privilege and a silent commitment.

Respect is basis for this relationship. He understands the gifts you’re giving Him and the gifts He’s giving you.

When He’s giving you things He knows are hard for you to do or bear, He breaks them in gently, because He respects you and your love for Him.

He is fair. He shan’t punish you unfairly, simply because He can. Therefore you even yearn for the punishments, because you know they make you grow.

My Dom isn’t into humiliation and such… He rarely humiliates me and only if I screw up real bad. And He knows he doesn’t need to make me feel little. I AM little in comparison to His greatness. It is only natural.

He is more of a Dominant than a Sadist (if that makes any sense).

When you meet Him, you know it. It simply feels proper. It also feels like freedom.

You admire and love Him before he ever lays a hand on you. And you don’t fear Him. Submission comes natural, not as a consequence of fear. And you don’t feel the need to run from Him.

For Him you’d run over most of your limits, if not all. And you’d abandon anything you can. It is worth it.

He is Batman and you are His butler… What a beautiful thing it must be to be in the service of such a great man…

Only the thought of such an amazing Dom brings a smile on my lips. And it is only Him I shall ever serve.

Now I don’t know if I simply described a great love or a D/s relationship or both… But, in my world, that’s how things need to happen if I’m ever to be part of this field. I trust there’s more than one type of Dom, as we’re all individuals.

He also requests limits to be discussed before ever touching you or asking you to do special things. And He uses a safe word. And He is careful about the words He says, because He knows words can’t ever be taken back. Don’t get me wrong, I like rough handling as much as the next citizen, I’m not saying He should only dominate through presence. But it would be right to love or greatly admire Him before it happens… And some rough handling needs practice and to be softly broke in, whilst other needs to simply go away. As for ties… I wouldn’t let anybody tie me up, unless I would love them more than anything else. I said love and not trust, because, let’s be fair, I don’t even trust myself, how could I trust someone else? People can change from one second to the other, sometimes it’s not even their will…

Also… My self esteem is anything but low… I know my attributes and flaws quite well. And I know when some Dominant tries to exploit one of my flaws to make me submit. But I only submit in front of greatness… I need to feel they’re above me. Ah… So many limits. So, so many. :)
